Debris with an attitude

Here a moment of this year’s photography season that I won’t forget so quick.

I had some great dives this year and as end-year highlight we finally got
The Coral Triangle published. Unfortunately 2014 has also been the year in which I encountered more plastic debris floating in the seas then ever before, even when sailing and diving in very remote areas. But it definitely has been the first time that I encountered plastic garbage with an attitude; I was shocked to have been shown “the middle finger” by a disposed plastic glove while just ascending from great dive at the Tubbataha Reefs in the Sulu Sea.
